Pink and carnelian brush washer carved into design of blossoming lotus, on wood stand

This agate brush washer is carved in relief. It depicts a spray of auspicious flowering peaches. The wooden stand displays two types of carved design: the top layer a stylised geometric key thread design, the bottom a pattern of tendrils and leaves that complement its agate partner.
