The horse is modelled striding forwards standing on all fours upon a trapezoid flat base; the head is turned to the left with open mouth, flaring nostrils and wild bulging eyes creating a powerful sense of drama. The mane is neatly trimmed and the tail bound by a tie, the horse is saddleless thus revealing its elegant proportions and graceful form all covered by a white pigment slip.
