A bronze figure of a seated nandi bull

This sculpture represents Shiva’s bull depicted in characteristic pose lying down on a rectangular base in front of a linga of Shiva. The Nandi is naturalistically modelled with folded legs and hooves, the hump at the base of the neck is prominent and around the neck hangs a bell from a string of pearl like beads.
