Height: 28cm
高:28釐米

Each vase supports a waisted cylindrical neck and stands on a short spreading circular foot enamelled in pale aubergine, bright green, red, yellow and turquoise. The decoration on the main body consists of three equidistant round panels each containing a single mythical beast, a writhing dragon in one and a kylin in each of the other two, on a yellow wash ground, set against a dense background of flower heads and scrolling leaves on a stippled ground all in verte enamelles. A similar but less dense design of chrysanthemum flower heads and scrolling leaves decorates the neck, while around the shoulders is a contrasting band in red enamel.
